  3. add support for Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)

    Please add support for Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). This would allow those of us on the cloud to use ADFS for user IDs and passwords. Currently we have separate passwords and have to do a lot of resets.

  5. include paperclip attachment in Assets

    In an Issue in Issuetrak, there is a paperclip attachment feature. This feature should also be available in Assets.

  6. Option for Auto-Assignment to trigger on change of status or subtype

    Auto-Assignment currently only works on submission. This change would allow it to trigger on other conditions such as change of subtypes or status, or any other conditions that may occur.

  7. Add Categories for Quick picks

    Quick picks are very useful but can easily get out-of-control with a large number of thems. Adding the ability to categorize Quick Picks and allow that functionality during issue submission can greatly improve the user experience.

  8. Ability to have multiple CLOSE issue token for IEM

    In older version of Issuetrak, there was the abilty to have multiple CLOSE issue tokens to automatically close an issue when replying to an email notification. In the current version you can only have one close issue token.

  10. Move the "Email Settings" (for Outgoing Email) in the menu to be located next to "Incoming Email" instead of under System Settings.

    It would be more intuitive to have the settings for Outgoing Email in the same menu location as the settings for Incoming Email.

  11. Screen pop for users without E-mail

    I have a bunch of users that do not have email but need to use Issuetrak. It would be helpful if Issuetrak could alert any new issues or updates through a screen pop in the web browser

  12. Make more fields editable on the "Link this Issue to Global Ticket" Submit page, such as Subject, Project, Asset, Subject, UDFs, etc

    Users need to update information on a child issue, to report problems within other areas or with other assets. In some cases, the Global issue may not even have the same information related to the new issue if this is a link only option. My suggestion would be to only lock fields that are cascaded down from the Global Settings.

  13. Custom Screens by Asset Type in Asset Management

    Ability to create custom screens by asset type in asset management. This will allow additional customizations and expand functionality.

    Same functionality as our current custom screens for issues but for assets.

    Example: Asset Type of Computer has several fields and non-pc types currently have several unused fields. With custom screens functionality for Assets you can remove the fields that are not needed for that Asset Type.

  16. Dashboard Panel Set up By Group so Management can see issues where the clock is running

    Be able to see on the Dashboard, Tickets where the Clock is actively running. This lets management know what their employees are working on at any given time, or if a clock has been left running in error. It would be nice to view this directly from the dashboard. This could be an available dashboard panel and could be set up by groups. The admin can set up numerous groups then management select a group and view tickets where the clock is running and see what their staff is working on. This would be a huge time saver for management.

  17. Custom Form and Self Service Portal Enhancements

    Would like to have the ability to clean up custom forms and have the ability for fields to be side by side on the forms. Right now they are stacked horizontally which can lead to a long form depending on the number of fields needed. Would prefer to have a better visually appealing page and a much cleaner less form like presentation for end users submitting requests. The WebForms option is appealing but feel there should be an existing Issuetrak Self Service product available that can be customized without requiring web developer skillset.

  18. expand/collapse or hide/show completed task

    Ability to quickly hide or show completed tasks. This will improve the users experience with large task groups as they will only be shown tasks that need attention or are pending.

    An expansion of this would be to hide/show tasks that are not yet available.

  19. Asset Management and AD sync on asset status

    Provide the ability for a device marked as inactive in AD to then replicate to mark that same asset as inactive in Issuetrak.

  20. Ability for Open Global Issues to be displayed as a ticker on top of Issuetrak browser window

    Give end users better visibility into open Global Issues. Is it possible to have a ticker scroll across the top of the main window of Issuetrak browser to display information about a known open Global Issue. Or can we have a static posting of open Global issues in this area to make it easy to see.
