  1. Allow the API to be able to add and change user information

    It would be nice if we could use the Issuetrak API to add, edit, and delete users.

    • Add the ability to restrict access to attachments

      Users need to be able to set a restriction on an attachment, so that a reference attachment can be added to an issue but is not viewable to all users who have access to the issue.

      Having the ability to control which attachments can be emailed from the site would also be useful.

      • Create a custom field type that allows cascade options like issue type

        As a user, I would like to create a second set of fields with dependency, one filtering the options in the second like the current issue type fields.

        • Add the ability to import data into Issuetrak from the UI

          Have the ability to import data from the UI. Importing items such as users, orgs, issues possibly. Might be nice to have an option to request an Excel spreadsheet with instructions and formatted right to enter data to be imported.

          • Allow users to change default labels

            I would like to rename some of the fields in Issuetrak to labels that mean something to my users. E.g., "Organization" to "Company", "Caller" to "Customer", "Description" to "Problem", etc.
