It would be great to be able to get an idea what days and time are the busiest so that we can properly allocate our resources.
Maybe once it's available we can expand the report against different issue types.3 votes
When adding field in a query or report creation, the drag and drop method is not always the fastest.
Consider adding a double-click on the field name to add/remove from the two lists.
Also, a return of the arrows to move a field up/down in the list would be preferred to the drag and drop method1 vote
I cannot find a method to create a query of all my assets that start with "OC".

When viewing a report, I only want a summary by the Year and Month. It would be nice to be able to have the option to choose the year and month format instead of the short, medium, long when in the report writer.1 vote
Let's say that you have a report written that displays issue data for all organizations using several query filters (step 2). But, you want to run that report and display data for only one organization. Currently, you must create a new report for each separate organization that you want to run the report for. This means coping the query and adding a query filter for each organization.
Ideally, the report would prompt the user running the report to identify which organization(s) to include in the report. This requires only one query and one report.26 votes
Please allow for user defined names for file names that are being sent on a set schedule.
Example of the file name would be:
When Group is marked INACTIVE it should no longer show in ACTIVE list but works the same as Inactive Users where you must click on SHOW Inactive User to see them.
