  1. when viewing users in organization, it shows inactive and active users.

    currently if you click on Administration -- click on Organization -- click on edit next to an organization -- click on View Users ... it displays active and inactive but does not show you that status. they all appear to be active.

  2. Ability to inactivate Organization

    It would be nice to have the ability to inactivate Organization the same way as users or issue types. The current workaround is to rename organization by appending "z-" to the beginning of the Org name.

    It would also be nice to have "Show Inactive Organizations" link at the top of the organization's list when a full list of Organizations needs to be viewed. The same way it is currently setup for issue types.

  3. allow Organizations to be made inactive the same way users are

    Currently I use Issuetrak to maintain my website customers. Each customer is an Organization. If a customer leaves, and comes back, after i've deleted their Organization, I have to completely re-add the Organization. I wish there was a way to mark an Organization as INACTIVE the same way you can mark users as INACTIVE.

  4. Ability to assign Organization Admin

    Allow users in one organization to have read/write capability of issues created within another organization.

  5. Update of Organization User Defined Fields without "Can access and maintain Administration functions" Required

    We have been looking for a central location to store the versions of software that our customers are running, and the User Defined Fields (UDF) in Organizations seems the right place. When our technicians update a customer, they need a location to enter the version that have been updated to, or for a new install, the version that was installed. By having this information entered under the organization (or a similar location), one can create reports for organizations and the versions that they have.   6. Internal email list by organization

    It would be nice to be able to limit the email list to the internal organization when emailing issues to others. There could be two links for an email in an issue. One for Internal email and the other for Global email.

  8. Ability to add more user defined fields to the organization area. We have several differnt type things we would like to keep in IssueTrak.

    We have several more userdefined fields we would like. Some we want to prepopulate or choose from predefined list. Some are simple yes no or on not on options. Currently we are limited.

  9. Private organization fields

    It'd be nice to have organization fields that can be viewed by only the internal organization.

  10. Show organization fields while viewing issues

    Without hovering or clicking, I'd like to see information about the submitting organization right from the issue screen.
