  3. Add Dashboard panel for Issues that have Next Action unassigned

    It would be nice to be able to see any Issues that have Next Action unassigned on a Dashboard panel.

  4. Dashboard Panel Set up By Group so Management can see issues where the clock is running

    Be able to see on the Dashboard, Tickets where the Clock is actively running. This lets management know what their employees are working on at any given time, or if a clock has been left running in error. It would be nice to view this directly from the dashboard. This could be an available dashboard panel and could be set up by groups. The admin can set up numerous groups then management select a group and view tickets where the clock is running and see what their staff is working on. This would be a huge time saver for management.

  6. Add the customer's name to the report that is displayed when clicking a Count number in the "Available Tasks by Assignee" Dashboard panel

    This customer suggested that the customer's name be added to this report because it's very inconvenient to need to click the Issue number and open the actual issue in order to see which customer is associated with the task.

  8. Options to turn off x-axis labels

    Allow an option in the dashboard to turn off the label of the x-axis on graphs. Or allow options to go back to 9.3 style dashboard settings

  9. Add the Target Date to the "My Request" screen.

    The Target Date is one of the most important communication tools for our requesters, but it does not show on the "my request" page. It is something that would really be a good tool for the purpose of prioritizing.

  10. Bring Issues Window to for front whent window is already open

    This changed after I was upgraded versions to v10 With IE I click on the link on my dashboard of the number of issues it brings up the list of my issues, if I minimize that screen then click on it again, it doesn't bring up the screen, and it used to. SEE ISSUE#100558 with you guys I opened, This is so annoying now, I have to go down to my task bar and find the issues window.

  12. Dashboard graphs should include all agents with 0 open tickets.

    The dashboard graphs should have an option to include all agents and not just the agents with open tickets.

  13. Remove the 'E' once an escalated ticket has been acted on

    The red 'E' in the issue list that you open from the dashboard tells us the ticket has been escalated. However, once a ticket has been acted upon, this E is somewhat irrelevant. We'd like to see the E only for tickets that have been escalated & not yet updated.

  14. Automatic refresh on issue list that is opened from the dashboard

    We use the issue list that is opened from the dashboard and keep this page up all day long (ex: Tickets next actioned to a particular person). The issue list page has to be manually refreshed to see updates. We'd like to see this page automatically refresh every 5 minutes or so.

  15. Ability to create a Global Dashboard

    Ability to set a Global Dashboard at the Admin level that would be applied to each user account. Existing Dashboard could remain to create personalized dashboards. Currently each user is responsible for setting up their own dashboard but as the Admin I want the ability to have a Dashboard already created that each user would see.

  16. custom dashboard on the home screen

    i should be able to customize and fine tune my dashboard to the extent of showing me the below categories: overdue issues for one screen, due today for one screen, due in the coming week or set of days, closed issues, etc (all separate graphs or visualizations)...

  17. Allow the dashboard reporting to be customizable by dashboard type.

    allow users to select the datase fields displayed on the report when clicking a dashboard entry...for instance i'd like to add the issue subject to the available tasks by assignee return set.

  18. Allow Table Driven UDFs on Dashboard

    We have several UDFs that we keep track of for various tickets. One thing that would be HUGE for us, is the ability to have those UDFs as a panel / widget on our Dashboard, so we could easily pick up issues that had those UDFs on them. For example:

    A UDF that we use is 'Node' when doing out Telecom trouble shooting. We have about 40 nodes that are part of our cable plant. Right now, I have to make a custom report to pull any 'node' that is an open ticket. It would great if there was a…
