    Add the ability for admins to add User Record UDFs (Such as Employee ID, Title, etc.) to Custom Screens.

  2. Edit Fields that Display in the List of Tickets for an Assignee

    Right now, when you open a specific list of tickets by Assignee, a predefined set of fields displays (Request #, Status, Opened, Submitted By, Organization, Assigned To, Next Action, Subject, Priority, Severity, Request Type, Last Activity). It would be great it we could customize the fields that display in the lists.

  5. We would like to be able to remove severity level from custom screens.

    When creating custom screens, it would be nice to be able to remove the severity field at our discretion.

  6. Enable the modification of required fields in custom screens.

    When establishing end users, there are some fields that they shouldn't see. We prefer that our end users not see the severity or priority capability.

    This functionality should be available to the Agent role only.

  7. We would like the ability to create custom screens based on case status

    The fields for a case when it is created should contain different fields than when a case is being closed. Currently with custom screens, the fields which are included persist throughout the life of a case regardless of its status. So when a user opens a case, we need to include a field called "Closing notes" because that field needs to be completed when a user closes a case. That doesn't make sense, it clutters up the screen, and confuses the end user trying to submit a case.

    Instead, we should be able to design our custom screens based on…

  9. Ability to attach documents at the time of submitting an issue

    when submitting an issue, i should be able to directly attach documents instead of using a checkbox to indicate that i have attachments. hence, this would show up on the same page.

  10. ability to remove the mandatory fields which are current marked as mandatory when designing a custom screen

    in the current setup, there are a few fields that are mandatorily added while designing a custom screen. these may not be required in the form which i am designing. i should be able to remove these.

  11. cancel button on submit page

    there should be a cancel button by default on the submit issue page. even if i am halfway through filling a form to submit an issue, i should have the ability to click on "Cancel" which will direct me to the dashboard or the my issues page. alternately, there should be customizable options to add buttons.

  12. We would like the ability to hide certain fields from our end users.

    We would like to be able to hide the subtask field from the end users. Also, we are very happy with the Request By Date field because it has a timer associated with it however we do not want our end users to see that so we would like to hide or remove it from the EndUser Template.
