  1. Out of Office notifications independent of email notification defaults.

    We have several customers who have turned off the email notification defaults for their assignees. These customers still need to be able to use Out of Office functionality when notes are added.

    Here's the idea:
    When an agent is in the office they stay logged into Issuetrak and can watch the dashboard to see if their issues have been updated, so there's no need for email notifications on "Assign" or "Add Note" to the Assignee in the Issue Default Email Notification List.

    When that same agent is out of the office they need some way of letting the other members…

  2. When an issue is closed can you delete an active reminders or calendar events.

    When an issue is closed, I would like to see an option to delete any Calendar events or reminders.

  3. Calendar Event Recurring option

    It would be great if the Calendar event had a recurring feature like MS Office, for recurring backups, etc... would be nice if the event actually created the ticket. Then the IssueTrak admin could set the auto assign based on Request type or Sub type.

  5. Allow Events to be added within the Issue and it automatically Create an Event

    Currently you have to create a Calendar event and reference the Issue # then the event is populated on your issue #. It would be awesome to create an event as your filling out the form and it automatically update your event Calendar.

  6. Import iCal file into IssueTrak for Holidays or agent time off

    Since Outlook integration is not happening yet, the ability to manually export an iCal file from an outlook calendar and import it into IssueTrak would be functional. The goals would be to educate IssueTrak an entire list of holidays to add to the hours of operation, or to adjust ticket times for an agent who is out of the office for a day or more.

  7. work week

    Just wondering if there was an option to change the work week to a period, other than the default, Monday-Sunday.

    Take a case where the work week starts on Friday and ends on Thursday- this could be due to scheduling purpose or due to some other reason.

    Here, a Work Request (WR) which was closed on last Thursday is a WR which was closed in the last week, assuming we are pulling the report before Friday.

    Similarly, a WR which has a due date (required by date) falling on this Friday, is a WR which is scheduled for next week.

  8. Reoccuring out of office setting.

    We need to be able to set a reoccurring out of office setting. For example, we have a support staff member who leaves early to go to college two days a week, and we need to route these to another support team member. We currently do this manually. It would be nice to be able to set it for a duration (similar to the Gmail out of office reply). Thanks!

  9. Delete/Cancel calendar reminders from issue view/edit page

    We would like the option to delete or cancel required / target due date reminders on the issue submission/view page. Currently you have to go to the calendar menu and manually delete.

  10. Target/Required Date for Issues Appear on Outlook/iCal

    Create Event on iCal/Outlook calendar based on target/required date in IssueTrak . . . Push these events to the Issue Submitter and Assignee.

  11. Out of Office abilities for non-licensed users.

    we need the ability for users that can be assigned tasks (non-licensed user) to be able to make an Out of Office entry (licensed user) into the calendar. This should be an option for our users without the need of an advanced license.

  13. Issuetrak calendar/out of office/reminders integration with Microsoft Outlook calendar

    Integration of Issuetrak calendar feature to work with Microsoft Outlook, so that the Issuetrak "Out of Office" feature, reminders, etc. coincide with Outlook.
