Allow outgoing emails to print all the notes from the ticket. The system currently has a 7,500 character limit which isn't always enough.
Camissa requests functionality where parts of what issue content are added into the email could be automatically filtered in system settings, or that a better warning be provided to more clearly explain how to resolve this.

Internally, system generated emails truncate and say that additional notes might be in the ticket. Why couldn't the same thing be done when emailing the issue?
I was able to go into the detail section on the bottom of the email and delete part of the ticket information, but that's kind of messy.

This is a problem for several of our customers. They need to use the "Email Issue" feature to send information to someone who is not part of the issue, but they need to include notes and other important information from the issue. They click "send" only to find that they've got more than 7500 characters in the message.
