In the deployment utilities, provide a cleanup utility to remove Services and Scheduled Tasks for old versions.
The 11.X deployment utilities have no way to automate cleaning up Services and Scheduled Tasks for old versions.

Improved reporting for survey module and ability to add them to scheduled reports
Currently, the reporting aspect for the Survey module seems to be limited. Some of the items that are not outputted are the survey responses, replies, etc. Also when a survey report is created, one can not add it to the scheduled reports list.

Make "My Activities" screen customizable
Allow Admin User to select what information is displayed and in what order.

Allow functionality for Issuetrak Admins to control user's ability to click Show Notes or Hide Notes globally. Currently, we have no feature to disallow collapsing notes, even if the Notes section header is removed from the custom screen.

Add Dashboard panel for Issues that have Next Action unassigned
It would be nice to be able to see any Issues that have Next Action unassigned on a Dashboard panel.

Collapse Individual Notes
It would be helpful to have the ability to collapse each Note in an Issue individually in addition to the existing ability to collapse the entire notes section.

Add Categories for Quick picks
Quick picks are very useful but can easily get out-of-control with a large number of thems. Adding the ability to categorize Quick Picks and allow that functionality during issue submission can greatly improve the user experience.

Custom Form and Self Service Portal Enhancements
Would like to have the ability to clean up custom forms and have the ability for fields to be side by side on the forms. Right now they are stacked horizontally which can lead to a long form depending on the number of fields needed. Would prefer to have a better visually appealing page and a much cleaner less form like presentation for end users submitting requests. The WebForms option is appealing but feel there should be an existing Issuetrak Self Service product available that can be customized without requiring web developer skillset.

expand/collapse or hide/show completed task
Ability to quickly hide or show completed tasks. This will improve the users experience with large task groups as they will only be shown tasks that need attention or are pending.
An expansion of this would be to hide/show tasks that are not yet available.

Dynamic responses based on selection in a UDF field.
We need to use a custom defined field with dropdown values A or B.
If A is chosen we want to display another field with dropdown values 1 and 2
If B is chosen we want to display another field with dropdown values 3 and 4

When looking at my open Assignments, I want to look at those assigned to me only; not the ones assigned to the group I'm in
I'd like to pull a report solely assigned to me, not the group I'm in. I manage a team and am in that group but only want to look at my assignments if I choose to. This goes along with having the ability to choose what tabs show on the 'My Issues' Page. I want to be able to customize that.

I would like the Task Assignee tab and the My Assignee Tab to have the same columns or allow me to choose what columns. .
Allow As Assignee and As Task Assignee to have the same fields showing or allow us to customize those fields. Basically, we'd like the same info in both reports.

Please allow the "Not assigned to you" email to be control by a setting.
When an issue assignment is changed, an email is sent notifying you that the issue is no longer assigned to you. I would like to be able to turn this message off in the site.
I have heard this request from multiple customers over the years.

Ability to Import UDF Lists
We have a couple of list type User Defined Fields for which the list needs to tie to what we show in other systems. It would be extremely useful if we could export from those systems and import into IssueTrak rather than manually update.
