  3. Holiday / Inclement weather message for outgoing email

    Ability for Issuetrak program to switch to a customizable email message whenever there is a special event such as Holiday, Inclement weather, etc. instead of using the standard email message.

  4. Allow organization-based email notification branding

    It would be nice to be able to setup branding options in email notifications based on organizations so that they can be more personalized.

  5. be able to create email notification when attachments are added to issue by means of incoming email

    Our company uses the outgoing/incoming emails to allow customers to submit trouble shooting images directly into issuetrak issues. A email notification would be helpful when a customer provides feedback.

  7. Allow User Record UDF Tokens in Outgoing Custom Messages

    In addition to the default tokens already available, add any User Record UDF as tokens so they can be inserted into outgoing email notifications.

    For instance, when using the "email issue" Event, it would be useful to be able to include User Record UDF fields for external customers who may not have access to the Issuetrak site and rely mainly on email notifications.

  8. Please do not show the private note option to users who use email issue and do not have the ability to user private notes.

    When a user clicks email issue they get a prompt to add private notes to the body of the email or not. Users who do not have the ability to user private notes should not be presented with the option to include private notes. No mater what if the user does not have the ability to view the notes, then the private notes are not added to the email body.

  10. Provide ability to see who else is receiving a copy of the email.

    Not everyone in our company is logging into IssueTrak. However, most are tied to the system is some way where they have a need to receive updates on a ticket at some time. We use the email distribution function to keep people updated on ticket activity. However, when someone receives an email through the email distribution list, there isn't a way for that person to know who else is receiving updates on this ticket without logging into IssueTrak.   12. Task updates only need to be sent to users with uncompleted Tasks.

    Customers have reported an hesitancy to use the option to notify users on Notes added with the All Task option of the email notification list. The feature sends copies of notes to all members of the task list even if they have completed their task. I would suggest that Task email notifications on notes only be sent to users who have task assigned to them and are not completed. In addition only one copy of the note should be sent to the users, even if they have multiple tasks assigned to them on the issue,

  14. Provide the ability to set Email notification based on organization instead of system

    It will be helpful if you can come up with this new feature where we could set the email notifications by organization so they can be more personalized.
    Example - ORG A users need to get submit/closing emails and ORG B users just need closing emails or does not need any email.

  15. A Task reassignment notification to the person or group being cancelled from task.

    Got one for you guys. I’m thinking if a Task was reassigned to another person or group, an email notification should go out to the cancelled user or group along with the reassigned group. Right now it looks like you have to do it manually.

  16. Allow Escalation Business Rules to support Tasks

    Thank you for contacting Issuetrak Support. Escalation Business Rules currently do not support Tasks. This would be a great suggestion to add though to User Voice.

  17. 1 notification email for issues that are "submit and close"

    When a ticket is created using the "submit and close" button, there are two emails generated and sent to the end user. This is too much noise. If this method is used, only one email notification should be sent to the end user.

  20. omit issue details when processing incoming emails from replys

    It would be nice if when issuetrak processes incoming emails for attaching to existing issues, that only new information is added as notes and not the issue details that are in the template when you email an issue to a client.

    our company changed the template to be a standardized direction for the customer to capture trouble shooting pictures and its about a page long. when the customer reply's with pictures, those directions are in the note also. it makes the issue notes really long with multiple reply's.
