  1. When all text is cleared from the Custom Messages for "Email Issue" and "Email Issue Private", make it so the Issue Content field is blank

    When all text is cleared from the Custom Messages for "Email Issue" and "Email Issue Private" events, make it so the Issue Content field is blank when using the Email Issue function.

  2. Allow adding company logo in outgoing messages

    Currently we can add text signature on an outgoing email. There is no option to include our logo. Please include images to be included in outgoing email. Thank you.

  7. Include a cc field on the email issue "button"

    When emailing an issue using the email issue "button" in the issue, a cc field would be helpful.

    Currently there is no way to cc an issue to someone without placing them in the to address line.

  9. Have the ability to put user defined fields into custom emails.

    There is currently no way to add a user defined field into a custom outgoing email.

  10. Outgoing Email: Adding Carbon Copy or Blind Copy

    In the outgoing email, there should be an option to add recipients as a Carbon Copy or Blind Copy so that they can be notified but not always have to be the primary recipient of the email. This works well for people emailing a ticket but would like to add their supervisor so it is tracked. The other reason is to include someone as a blind recipient so the person receiving the file doesn't necessarily need to know that someone else has been included in the email.

  11. email templates different by Organization

    Have the ability to have different out going email templates by Organization. This way it would allow a standard signature block by organization.

  12. Please allow the "Not assigned to you" email to be control by a setting.

    When an issue assignment is changed, an email is sent notifying you that the issue is no longer assigned to you. I would like to be able to turn this message off in the site.

    I have heard this request from multiple customers over the years.

  14. Email Log

    Email logs are currently kept for 3 days for outgoing and 7 days for incoming. The request is that those variables are configurable by the administrator so that logs can be kept for longer or shorter periods of time. The caveat of disk space is understood.
