  1. Add the Zip Code data field to the Configuration/Recurring Issues data set

    It would be really useful to add the zip code data field to the Configuration/Recurring Issues data set.

    • Allow a frequency of 2-364 days drop down or input to have a ticket submit on date

      I have a request to have a ticket generate every 45 days. This request does not fit any option currently. There is no specific (day) of every (months) or (first/second etc) (day of week) of every (month) this occurs on.

      Work around is to compute dates every 45 days and add a note to the recurring ticket to set the next (one time only) date in that ticket as a reminder..

      • start recurring monthly on specific date

        When submitting a monthly recurring PA allow the user to select a start date in addition to selecting day/month options.

        • Allow email distributions list on recurring issues.

          Like on Quick Picks there should be the option to create an email distribution list in the recurring issue setup so when the issue gets created the email distribution is already set.

          • Add Recurring Issue to a calendar view

            We are using Recurring Issue to schedule Preventative Maintenance on our machines.
            We would like to have the ability to 'visualize' the PM schedule on a calendar.

            • Grant Recurring Issue management rights via Groups

              We are using Recurring Issue to schedule Preventative Maintenance on our machines.
              In order to allow our Maintenance supervisor to edit the PM's (Recurring Issue) we must grant him full IssueTrak Administrative rights. We would like to see the ability to edit Recurring Issues outside of the Administrative functions.

                • Pre-set Target and Required Dates for Recurring Issues

                  Rather than having to do a mass update to add Target and Required Dates for recurring issues, there needs to be a way to automatically set the target and required dates for recurring issues. . . .

                  E.G. 10 days after submission or 14 days after the first monday of the month, ect . . . .
